Going Global at Saints Peter & Paul
Saints Peter & Paul High School offers enhanced learning opportunities through online classes for high school students, adding to an already robust and challenging curriculum. With the advances in technology, these opportunities continue to grow as students become more advanced and integrated into the digital world. Through its Global Learning Program, the high school continues to foster options for learning that meet student interest and needs. Saints Peter & Paul students have harnessed the benefits of this online learning experience to differentiate themselves in the competitive college application process.
Students have been taking online courses in French, German, Geometry, Latin, AP Biology, AP Psychology, AP Calculus, AP Environmental Science, Sailing, Criminal Justice, Entrepreneurship and Video Game Design. These classes have been taken through a number of high school and higher education venues, including Johns Hopkins University Gifted and Talented Program, University of Maryland, Chesapeake College, Keystone National High School, and the internationally recognized Virtual High School. Not only is online learning beneficial to our students, but it offers them an opportunity to expand their knowledge in areas that intrigue them.
